With almost 250 acres of agriculturally developed land, advanced technology, machinery imported from all over the world, and highly experienced agriculturalists by our side, Rachana Farms is paving the way towards producing export quality produce organically. With the current focus on organically produced fruits and vegetables along with top-grade flowers, we are testing the waters in the animal husbandry and dairy sector as well.

What We Do
Shri. Shishirji Shankarrao Diote was born and brought up in a small village in Vidarbha Region. In his childhood, only he was introduced to the small farm which was owned by his father but due to the Traditional way of Farming and monsoon conditions in the Vidarbha Region, farming went into loss and compelled his father to sell the farm. But the seed of farming germinated in the mind of Mr. Diote in his childhood. Thereafter he graduated as a civil engineer and started his own Real Estate Business after almost 30 years in the Real Estate Business, his company Rachana Construction Co., (Nagpur) Pvt. Ltd., is one of the top real estate companies in Central India known for developing commercial and residential projects including affordable housing for the middle class and upper-middle-class clients with the best facilities.
That after achieving high heights in the Real Estate Business his childhood seed of Farming pushed his thoughts and innovative ideas for the betterment of Farmers to shape this dream of childhood he initiated his farming journey with the piece of barren and hilly land at Chhindwara (Madhya Pradesh) and started growing Orchid Flowers which were grown earlier in Thailand only.
After successful Orchid Farming on barren hilly land again he has ventured with the barren land parcel having maximum stones/rocks in the soil, with no source of Water at Kanholibara, Tah., Hingna, District- Nagpur (Maharashtra), and now almost developed 300 Acres of such entire land with the help of heavy imported machinery and Farm Team and presently he is growing export quality of Bananas, Roses, Orchids, Gerbera, Gypsophila by developing the Polly houses and all types of Fruits Farming and about 100 varieties of Desi Vegetables Farming. Also, he started cattle farming and has 40 DesiGir cows on his Farm. With the help of an Israel-made automation unit for fertilization and irrigation, a weather station, satellite mapping, and survey, and drown technology he has established a High-technology-Farm in the Vidharbha Region. For this unique project, he got appreciation, awards, and accolades to recognize his contribution to the field of Agriculture.
Simultaneously to serve society better more particularly for Farmers he has started his NGO which is working almost for the surrounding 11 villages near his Farm. That he further realizes that due to a lack of knowledge, Management, and Marketing knowledge to the Farmers, are unable to grow successful crops which is one of the major reasons for loss in farming and leads to suicide and other financial problems to the Farmers and their Families. Similarly, due to insufficient theoretical and practical knowledge to Agriculture Students, they are also unable to explore much in this vast field of Agriculture which is the backbone of India. Hence he has taken the initiative and now inviting Farmers and Agriculturist students for internship and practical training at his farm to impart knowledge to them. Further, in the near future, he is planning to establish an International Standard Agriculture College on this Farm.
Further, as at present many nations and individual struggling with mental and physical health and also the degradation in Environment, Mr. Diote personally practiced and believes in the high benefit of the Agriculture Sector for the Environment and Human good health Farming boost the immunity, mental, physical and intellectual health of an individual which leads to success in once life and subsequently to the betterment of Healthy Nation which is a most important asset of any Country.
